Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags, accessories, and protective liners are intact and included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse verifies the condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
